A Conversation With Alexia Morris
Q: Alexia, how does your day usually start?
I usually start by checking what’s happening both internally and externally. Internally, I look at what the team is working on, any milestones coming up, or anything interesting happening in the studio. Externally, I look at industry news, conversations, and trends to see where we can join in authentically.
Q: Where do you find inspiration for content?
A lot of it comes from the people here. Developers fixing tricky problems, artists refining animations, or producers coordinating launches. Those moments are interesting, and they tell a story. I also draw inspiration from other industries like film, games, and tech, not just gambling.
Q: How do you balance promotion with authenticity?
That’s always the challenge. People don’t want to be sold to constantly. They want insight, honesty, and personality. I try to show the process, not just the outcome. Wins matter, but so do the challenges.
Q: What’s the hardest part of the role?
Keeping things fresh while staying consistent. Social media moves fast, but brand trust is built slowly. It’s about finding that balance every day.
Q: What do you enjoy most? Seeing people engage with our work and respond to the human side of the studio. When someone comments because they relate to a post, that’s a win.
